RE: Tier 1 League Sheet - Jester - 24-Jan-2013 Agreed, specialty should stay, especially since forward shoot out and goalie wars are actual events at most tournaments. Fyi I voted no to the vote because I think a new sheet should apply to the whole league not just tier 1. The sheet itself though is great. RE: Tier 1 League Sheet - jpguywatchout - 24-Jan-2013 well, at least its unanimous to drop the 3-man game.... keep both roto doubles matches if possible! Awsome times who's got more of these pics? RE: Tier 1 League Sheet - 5000 Years Old Man - 31-Jan-2013 I've got 15 photos of the above 2003 event - Merv gave them to me after I had produced that 1994-2007 OFA CD: [Image: http://i646.photobucket.com/albums/uu187/5000YearOldMan/OFADVDLabelRedTextDisplay.jpg] Were you interested on this particular event or on our old photos in general? I gave out 15-20 copies of the CD, am not sure if at the time you were around to get one. The latest Spring League announcement that Chris had posted mentions, and I quote: (01-Mar-2013, 12:38 PM)5barwarrior Wrote: The league will take advantage of an improved sheet based on suggestions from our player base (this will be presented in another thread). The current front runner based on Taha, JP, everyone's suggestion is this sheet here modified by Jesse on page 2: http://forums.ottawafoos.com/attachment.php?aid=64 Recap of the sheet: * Still 14 point sheet * Everyone plays Singles & Specialty games * roto doubles is goalie's delight only * rollerball is now a roto event * Matchups for the doubles I believe are based on calculation that Dan K suggested and everyone agreed to The current vote is 6-2, I assume this has been polled by some since then. Before I prepare an announcement and send out emails to a broader audience who may not be reading the board, any requests or recommendations? I will be sending out the email in the morning on Wednesday, the 27th for promoting this upcoming Spring league. RE: Tier 1 League Sheet - 5000 Years Old Man - 25-Mar-2013 the thread is "Tier 1 League Sheet", the poll say "should we have a Tier 1 sheet", yet my understanding is that the proposed sheet would apply to all --- Right?! RE: Tier 1 League Sheet - deliverance - 25-Mar-2013 This would apply to everyone. |
