Hi,
Looking for advice on purchasing a decent foosball table. Budget is $400-$900 range. Got my eye on the Garlando G500 from a local retailer. Thought the telescopic rods are a nice feature. Leg height is non-adjustable though. Any other suggestions? Skill level is medium and aspiring to improve.

Good Day Bubba,
Before you buy check out all types of tables. You may want to check out the local tournament and league scene to determine what table the different groups close to you play on.
It would help to know which city you live in. In Ottawa competitive play is on Tornado and Warrior.
If you ever want to play in tourneys you may want to check that out. There are lots of good second hand deals out there. Good way to save money and get a quality table.
Just a few suggestions that may help you save a few $$$.

I can sell you my Warrior table for a price in your range. Warriors are very sturdy and it's still in the boxes (3 boxes). My car doesn't fit the boxes so you'll need to pick it up from Barrhaven.
Msg me if you're interested.

IMO pickup Taha's Warrior table; I picked one up and absolutely love the thing; excellent build quality and a company that isn't afraid to fess up to any problems by sending you new parts.

garbaggio,
How much are you willing to sell your Warrior table with shipping to Toronto?
