Friday night foos is dying a slow death. Used to be one of the more fun nights of foos.
Chris has come up with some good ideas starting with the upcoming Shake and Bake.
I think we will be looking for additional ways to improve numbers and fun in this area.

It's the start of the summer season and I expect the numbers to be down a little bit. Agreed we do need to improve things.

summer season is always slower... and we've tried other days for DYP, i wouldn't change the day either, especially since the occasional out-of-towners and old-time foosers (like Thai and Hogan) know that friday is the day....

just brainstorming here, but how about an incentive for wednesday leaguers to show up? i.e. if all 3 of your league team members show up for friday foos, then you get a beer, 1 free entry, or free nachos or something... just thinking out loud here.

personally, for me, i can only play foos once a week... no matter the day. it's just the way of things for the next 10 years or so... family b4 foos 4 a while. And i don't even play summer league....

In fact, since Josee is due in september, i might have to miss my first fall/winter season in 10+ years.
