I dont know if it is us that are playing Lou and Mario but if we are I think some form of penalty has to be assessed for this tardiness. Get there on time. We are ready to go. If you are not on time have Mario play alone. LOL - He would proably still win.

I am truly sorry for inconvenience caused by my lateness, but your double standards amuse me. Winter league and Omar or any other player being late for 1 hour or more was ok with you (I'm not saying I have earned the same amount of respect as Omar, but you get the picture). Now me on the other hand being late 30 min is a big issue? especially when you can play all the other matches that do not need my presence (singles, specialty match, matches against other team, etc.)

Once again I understand that it is not perfect, that I am late every wednesday, but trust me I am doing my best to get there as early as possible. And you know me if I could, I would be there from 7 pm. Unfortunately I have a basketball league right before foosing and I rush right after it to TG just to keep my obligations to foos as well.

So it would be highly appreciated if you would allow this small misconduct for the sake of common happiness and goodwill of foos.

Liudas is right. Considering you can play a bunch of other matches before he gets there, and considering SOME players (no names mentioned) have been over an hour late(with no warning) for the past year, I think his very (relatively) slight and repeatedly announced tardiness can be excused.

I understand your postion but I am trying to work this to my advantage.
Penalities are in order- I am trying to get every advantage possible for the old guys. Gid and I need all the help we can get. HAHA.

I know we can play the other matchs but in the summer we should make every effort to get home at a reasonable hour. Start on time and end on time.

Anyway a slow day at work and I know I can bait a few guys.

OK. Any late player (after 8:00) will be required to buy me a beer. This penalty can be ignored like all others.

Seriously. There are rules that players need to follow and they are as follows.

8:00 Start
8:15 - if there is no full team present, then -1 point for every five minutes there after starting at 8:15.

Liudas has asked, and rather nicely, that he could be 1/2 hour late. Which I agreed to.

Also, if the matches are head to head, then there is only 1 game that can be played in the absence of a player. All the other require their attendance. So timeliness is important.
