OFA will be imposing a lube tax.
All players will be required to fill out form B7 (in triplicate) when requesting the silicone lube. With a complete, notarized form, the player must then deposit $5 in the loonie bin.
With a successful return of the bottle CLOSED in the tool box, the player will be rewarded with a return of their $5. Replacing the bottle OPENED so will empty all of its contents all over the tool box creating a huge mess and wasting all of the valuable liquid, will result in the player being publicly flogged, tared and feathered.
Application forms for the lube will be posted on the updated website when complete. Until then players can take a tissue and moisten it in the pool of silicone left in the tool box and dab the rods with that.
