No matter which way I look at the rotation I can't get 5 teams to play an even rotation with a three man sheet in three weeks. Either teams don't play each other, teams play each other every week...
My brain hurts.
One thing I'm looking at is having 5 teams in tier 1 for two rotations and then in tier 2 for the last two rotation. This will ensure a better balance of teams playing the three man sheet. Otherwise JP would avoid it completely, theoretically.
