2009 Tornado National Singles Championships June 18-21 in Atlanta
USTSA Tour Returns to The Southeast for the First Time in Seven Years
The Tornado tour returns to the city of Atlanta this June 18-21 as the Atlanta Airport Hilton plays host to the $25,000 National Singles Championships. Formerly the home of the Masters Singles event, the Hilton offers one of the finest foosball venues on the Pro Tour. And this year Masters Singles once again returns to its former prestigious level with a new format and prize payout designed to increase both the competitive and entertainment value of this exciting singles event.
This new Tornado tournament will feature both Singles and Doubles events, with the winners of each of the Singles competitions taking home brand new Tornado T-3000 foosball tables.
The National Singles Championships will be an ITSF Masters Series event with points available to all players interested in qualifying for the ITSF Table Soccer World Championships, to be held later this year. The champions of the Open Singles and Women's Singles will also qualify to compete at the season-ending event in Europe.
