I will put in an effort to attend tomorrow night as Friday will prove unlikely.

Someone has to give Merv a handicap so someone else can take over 1st. Wink

Yes that is it, but you could just use a 8 team double elimination with two byes. Just make sure to balance the teams on the top and bottom.

This one has the correct seeds. Just enter the teams in the right position starting at #1.

I was in the process of preparing "team number specific Vern-me-et-all-foolproof-charts"

I could spend 5 minutes and teach you how the charts work. It's not hard. I'm sure an RCMP officer and a retired statistician can figure it out.

That was a typo on the resume... While it said 'Worked with statistics' it really should have said 'Worked with sticks.' It was 5000 years ago after all.

I'm already struggling to remember what I already know... and slowly losing, slowly slowly but surely

as for things learned, aged forgetting is a matter of last in first out

I treasure what I already know considerably more than what I don't

so I'll be putting best efforts on things past, things future sucks
