New T-3000 has been ordered. Estimated delivery the week of the 31st, with few days grace in case of a hold up at the border.

Good to hear CC. Meeting went well, key points:
1) We will not be able to relocate to the other side of the bar as there is a function booked on Sunday. Fortunately we have full control over how we would like to set up our corner, and Morgan/TailGators will allow us to move tables, couches and chairs to wherever we want, and cover some of the pool tables for table space. As a result the lounge rooms are not very practical. 2) TailGators will be able to provide us swag to hand out when people register for packages. 3) A dinner buffet on Saturday and Sunday is in the works. Chris A is going to be sponsoring the cost of 50 dinners (20 saturday, 30 sunday) and all of the money collected ($20 per dinner) will go towards payouts. 4) Morgan has a spare projector and screen for us to use behind the registration desk. 5) We have access to 2-3 TV's which we can connect computers/cameras to to stream and or post up brackets/matches. 6) Morgan will be helping us with the Team Event Trophy as he has a trophy connection, he will provide the trophy to us as a sponsorship, all we have to do is the engraving/plate screening. 7) Forgot to discuss start times, will email. Anything I missed Chris A?

I think the dinners are a great opportunity for us to add to the prize pool. We'll be selling dinners at our cost ($20/buffet including HST and gratuity) and the entire amount collected will go into the prize pool.
If I can get a sense of how many will actually buy dinners on each evening, I will buy the appropriate amount. The minimum is 20, but I can buy more. Any PMs letting me know if you will be buying a dinner will help us plan. Remember, we'll have space laid out where people can sit and have a proper meal during the meal break on each day. tl;dr PM ME IF YOU WILL BUY A MEAL OR TWO!
I pretty much always eat when I'm at TGs, so count me in for a dinner

I'm in for dinner Saturday night!! I'm planning on coming for Friday DYP, playing OS Saturday, then leaving immediately after. Need to be home early Sunday.
