- November 01 2008 Montréal / Québec monthly tournament official announces

The tournament will count for the TornadoQuebec ranking (http://www.tornadoquebec.ca/rankings.php) (only open event)

The tournament is open to every category of player.

• Tournament format :

-Open Doubles
-Open Single

The TornadoQuebec ranking will be used to categorize each player. Tournament staff will have the right to decide if a player if a novice player is too strong for his category, depending on his result on the other tables.

• Entry fees:

Open Doubles :

Amateur, Rookie : 10 $
Semi-Pro : 15 $
Pro : 20 $


Open Single :

Amateur, Rookie : 10 $
Semi-Pro : 15 $
Pro : 20 $

Table fees :
5 $ each person

• Tournament rules :

• Points earned by final ranking:

1st = 48 points per player
2nd = 40 points per player
3rd = 32 points per player
4th = 24 points per player
5th = 16 points per player
7th = 08 points per player

• Tournament schedule :

Registration opens at: 12 h 00
Registration closes at: 12 h 30
Tournament starts at: 13 h 00

• Nombre de tables :

3 Tornado tables on free play
New balls

• Bourses :

90% of the entry fees will be given in prize money and 10% will go to the TornadoQuebec association:

1st 45 % of the entry fees
2nd 30 % of the entry fees
3rd 15 % of the entry fees
