I was wondering why the deviation was so little for GA and PA... Now it all makes sense

Right now, if you play a three person sheet, the team with the most points win, the team with the second amount of points ties, and the least loses. Trying to calculate who beat who for each game and what the goal differentials for each game is too time consuming and not practical. So I take the average of your opponents points and goals.

Don't get me wrong, it makes perfect sense. A a rule in statistics though, when you have a series of averages, the deviation will always be less than a series of totals. That's why those numbers are closer to each other than the GF and PF.

Yeah it was a crazy match... We had 2 points going into the doubles, and 7 at the end of the night. Gid Vern & Frank were our saviours by taking you guys down in doubles 2 straight I think. I really didn't think we had a chance at getting a tie, let alone the win, and was in disbelief when Gid insisted that we won the night.
